IMPORTANT UPDATE - Eva Schloss Event Ocala, FL

We have received notification from The Marion Technical Institute and the Eva Schloss tour that due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the event scheduled for March 26, 2020 at 6:00pm has been cancelled.

We have been carefully following the ongoing developments of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the recommendations of the CDC, the World Health Organization, and the local Marion County Health Department. Governor Ron Desantis and the State of Florida updated their recommendation to advising against large indoor gatherings. Additionally, all the Florida schools will be closed until March 30 th.

At the same time, we recognize the anticipation of so many in hearing Eva's story of survival and one-of-a-kind glimpse into Anne Frank's life. We are working on rescheduling Eva to come to Ocala.

These are unprecedented circumstances and while we have already invested much time, funds and resources and we are doing our best to accommodate all of those who have already reserved. We understand that many have already purchased tickets and we are unable to give definite information for the time being. We are therefore offering the following options:

1) We will currently hold on to your reservation for the event which we hope to reschedule. If the ticket prices will go up, we will still honor your ticket at the current rate.

2) If you wish we will gladly issue a full refund.

3) We ask that you help support the work that we do in the community by donating part or the full amount of the ticket price. Your generosity will allow us to continue bringing educational and meaningful experiences to the Ocala and The Villages communities. With this option, most of the ticket cost will be tax-deductible.

As soon as we have more information and are able to reschedule the event for a new date, we will share and post the information.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during these unprecedented circumstances.
