What are services at a Chabad House?

Services are open to all Jews  - regardless of background, level of observance or affiliation.  At The Chabad House we center on the concept of Ahavat Yisroel- the love and acceptance of a fellow Jew without judgment of preconditions.

What are the Prayers at Chabad Like?

The prayers conducted with Hebrew/ Englsih prayer-books, are lively, engaging and inclusive- spiced with inspiring tunes and insightful explanations throughout-allowing all to absorb the experience at their own level. Whether you consider yourself Reform or Conservative, Orthodox or unaffiliated, Sefardi or Ashkenazi, well versed or unversed; at Chabad, the labels and classifications fall away- as all stand equally beloved before G‑d. Sermons and announcements likewise speak to all participants, and are always topical, relevant, stimulating and enlightening. It is this spirit of unity and sense of belonging that permeates the entire atmosphere throughout all services, meals and special gatherings of Chabad's High Holidays.

What does it cost to participate?

At Chabad we do not charge membership for your participation. All High Holiday seats are free of charge and there is no membership required. This "no membership" policy also applies to all of the Chabad House's services, classes and programs throughout the course of the year. Our door and our hearts are always open to you.

Please search our site and find what works for you. Our doors are always open - we hope you open up your heart and soul to come in!

Still not sure? Give us a try! We won't charge you to participate!
